Aerobics with Lorie
Mature Movers: Mondays 10.00 am - 11.00 am.
Runs continuously apart from Bank Holidays.
A class that is suitable for all levels of fitness, we concentrate on maintaining flexibility, muscle tone in a fun and enjoyable way. Some of our exercises are seated. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Body Blast: Tuesdays 9.00 am - 10.00 am.
This class is designed for those wishing to improve their fitness, burn calories and tone muscles all over. Great music in a friendly class that is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Body Conditioning: Thursdays 9.00 am - 10.00 am
During this class we concentrate on the tone, contour and posture of our body using light weights and bands for the ultimate way of maintaining and improving our overall fitness. Suitable for all levels of fitness great fun and great results!

Tuesdays 10.30am – 12noon
A class for beginners/improvers of all levels of fitness and age.
Props such as blocks, belts and chairs may be used.
Focusing each week on specific areas of the body to promote both physical and mental wellbeing.

Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise whilst you bond with your child, with babies, toddlers and Preschoolers all joining in the fun!
No need to organise childcare to get to the gym, Sweaty Mama allows you to spend quality time with your child whilst you undertake the workout. Exercises are adapted to suit all ages & development of the child as well as suit the fitness level of the Mama. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core & posture to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!

Twyford Karate Academy
Training Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Training starts at 5.45pm for Juniors, from 7pm for ages 12 and above (including adults).
First class free.
Traditional Goju-Ryu Karate-Do. The original style for self-defence, self-discipline, self-esteem, fitness, respect, motor skills, socialisation skills, listening skills and improvement in other areas of life.

Twyford & Ruscombe Toddler Group
Fridays, 9.30 - 11.00 (term time only)
Our cost is £3 per child (50p for additional children). Refreshments available for adults and children. Our group is very friendly and you are just as likely to make friends as your little ones are.

We're run entirely by a group of volunteers - please feel free to join the committee!
We ask that everyone pitch in and help with setting up and packing away. Committee members will be at the hall from 9am to 11.30am every session and they take turns to provide you with tea service and the art tables. We also provide one table of goodies to browse or buy from friendly local vendors with a family theme. Please do help us out by assisting with unpacking toys, keeping the hall tidy and staying the extra five minutes to help repack the cupboards. Enjoy your time and come back often!
